We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I don't know what positions, but there is room to grow here, so if you start in design you have the oppertunity to move into another departement. Gene wants his employees to be happy.
But, because of Jason's lifestyle (IE - he's got a house and his wife's working...blabla bla) He'll be working from home, but he'll drive up for important meetings and such... He's here for the week
